MEGA RAM PLUS is a food supplement of branched-chain amino acids of superior quality and purity guaranteed KYOWA QUALITY® obtained by fermentation, with vitamins B1 and B6. BCAAs are essential amino acids, in fact the body is not able to synthesize them and therefore they must be ingested through the diet. BCAA 1000 2:1:1 is made in 1000 mg tablets in the classic 2:1:1 ratio (2 parts of L-Leucine, 1 of L-Valine and 1 of L-Isoleucine). Branched-chain amino acids are an essential muscle support for sportsmen. If taken before training they have mainly energy and anti-catabolic functions, they act as an energy substrate in order to preserve muscle mass from being disrupted for energy purposes. If taken after training, they help build and restore lean body mass. Finally, the formula includes vitamin B1 which supports normal energy metabolism and vitamin B6 which helps to reduce tiredness, fatigue and to support normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
